I've tried to edit it via Internet Explorer, but it will not let me. Can anybody help me?

I'm getting a fatal error, it says: "FATAL: can't load required directx libraries", can anybody help me?

I agree to Spotter. This mod needs some work done, it happens to me too after the patch Rockstar made to the game a few days ago.
