Plus, I added part under front bumper.

Hmm.. I tested both versions, my and rockstars.. no problems with nfs unbound effects. And yes, lights are bugged in rockstars version too. Will look into that.

There is a program for converting xml into ymap.

After that you must use custom_maps mod and drop ymap in. You can search for my mods where I included this custom_maps mod.
