I spent the last hour figuring this out. So, copy the ScriptHookVDotNet.asi, ScriptHookVDotNet config file (INI), ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll and ScriptHookVDotNet3.dll files into your game directory. Put the remaining XML files in the "scripts" folder. Go into "ScriptHookVDotNet" configuration file (INI) in the game directory folder and switch the F4 key to something else. Everything should work now. Hope this helps

I think the conversation of Stage 1-N is going to be a little more platform based. Not every car with the same type of bolt-ons will respond the same way as the chang63 stated; especially if one is forced induction from the factory. They typically respond better to modifications (more power with less parts). I have an "Elegy Retro Custom" in real life and doing a "Stage 1" (intake downpipe exhaust) yielded more power on the dyno than when I did the same bolt-ons to my '15 Civic Si when I had it. In the end, this is just GTA and ball parking the Stage's is good enough for a mod :-)
