@InfiniteQuestion Hey I noticed a few issues with the vanilla gfx:
- A lot of screen overlays (mainly story mode screens) are not scaled correctly and appear smaller, thinner and moved to the left when rendered.
- There are one or more screens that are missing (a rainbow placeholder image gets rendered at their place).
- Chop is missing in the screen where Franklin holds him with the chain.
- The FIB Buffalo behind Dave Norton is missing in his screen.

@zarkzz Spawn rates should be the same as vanilla. What I've changed is the gang bravery settings to make them a lot more aggressive and less likely to flee. When they are fleeing, the game is much more prone to despawn these peds as fast as it can. Since they are fleeing less, it's normal that you'd see a lot more of them during gang wars.

@Pizzahut You are using RDE 4.1.0. Last version of this mod is only compatible with 4.1.1.
