Some mods already did this kinda thing (e.g 7 Visible Weapons on Player, Stow That Weapon, Pickups).
This mod is aiming for plug-n-play no hassle and customize things only if needed.

Put VisibleWeapons.dll and VisibleWeapons.ini into the "/scripts" folder, the usual for script mods, located in GTAV main folder.

📃 Features:
- Working weapon attachments and tints (addon guns and attachments will be auto-detected)
- Small equip animation, grabbing the weapon on the back
- 4 slot: Front - Back (only one at a time as Main) + Left-Right Hip (Sidearm/Melee)
- In-Game Menu Settings with LemonUI. Modes and others can be configured there
- Insert "VIWE" to command console to open the menu, for Gamepad click Reload and LookBehind key.
- NPCs Visible Weapons (bodyguards/followers works too). Further settings in the menu
- Adjustable Weapon Placement to reduce clipping on addon peds and weapon replacer
- Swap weapon from one slot to another slot, and adjust that weapon position (offset)

- PYGO/PullYourGunsOut will work ONLY if you disable Visible Weapons AnimatePutGunToBack in the .ini
- Works with mod that add weapons to NPC, raise NPCDelayScan by 1 if the weapon the mod gives doesn't appear.
Don't set it too high, it'll delay the weapon swapping, use 0 if you don't have mod like that. Tested: Consciousness by KassiteR - Gun in Front Mode will always move Sniper and Heavy (RPG, etc) to the back since it looks ridiculously big if put in front

For anyone else, if NPC changing weapon is delayed and you don't have mods that give NPCs weapons (example: Consciousness by KassiteR) or you don't mind the weapon model to be inaccurate you can set NPCDelayScan to 0

@mbahdokek I installed the necessary plugins ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet-nightly Installed LemonUI Placed the VisibleWeapons.dll and VisibleWeapons.ini files in the script folder Entered the game and pressed ~ Console and typed VIWE or viwe in the box and pressed Enter No menu was displayed

First of all: Thank you for this great mod!
Unfortunately I have heavy textues errors and missing textures while using this mod.
Im using a Legion Go Device, a updatet steam version and have installed the following mods:
DriveV
Wanted Circle Mod (a circle like in GTA 4)
Addon Vehicles from the online DLC
Some Addon Guns
I installed/deinstalled every mod and had the missing textures just with your mod :/. Do you have any idea why this occours? I really love this mod!

@Klemmer You don't have any retexture mods? Since you are the first people to report this kinda problem. Im using NVE (graphic mods) but never got this problem because i use Resource Adjuster. Download that mod and adjust the ini to your GPU VRAM. You can contact me on discord if you still confused on how to install it. Your game seems to have hit the internal vram limit set by the game, so you need that mod to expand that

I dont have any textures mod, i'll try the resource adjuster and if that wont work I'll install a clean copy only with your mod. This could take a while since i need a day or two to download the whole game :D

@Klemmer if it doesn't fix the problem you can try disabling the npc feature, or just filter the npc feature to Cop only. Read the readme pdf to help you understand how to do the 2nd one if you still want to keep the npc feature.
@mbahdokek Hello, I've tested multiple times and the mod keeps crashing my game. I have no idea why, it has zero issues before.
@mbahdokek Seems like the mod crashes while using Consciousness/Immersify

@thehappytrashcan Thx for the confirmation. Consciousness is a great mod but real heavy. I use it too btw, but yeah sometimes it can crash itself after long period of gameplay

Uploading Update 1.6.0, this will fix compatibility with any mod that have bodyguards/followers feature. Bodyguard/follower will be able to have visible weapons. Fucking finally!
Very Nice,There is a delay in weapon display. It would be perfect if it can be optimized.
@100g You're talking about NPC or player? If NPC, yes there's always gonna be delay. If you read the readme, on the last page i have explained this delay, and why it's necessary. And, outside of that the more weapons the NPC have, the longer my mod loads. Total npcs in the vicinity also factors on how quick my mod works. How many heavy script mods you have will also adds delay
