3dsMax offers enought skinning support to make nice facial expressions without this wrong model deformations if you know how to use skin tools properly, not to full animated lips level but yes for brows, cheeks, jaw, lids and fingers

Oh please, improve your rigging skills, you can make better things than this unfinished hands, arms, facial, materials, broken mesh issues, etc.

I love Ace Combat since I played AC1 in PSX 20 years ago, this mod is nice but materials could be better.
