@SkylineGTRFreak So I did something I didn't want to do. I did a full reinstall of GTA and that seemed to fix my issue. It seems there's something conflicting with both the C-47 and the new UH-60 as both were crashing my game. I'll post an update if & when I find the conflicting issue.
If your game is crashing or not launching after installing this, I have found the solution and only @SkylineGTRFreak can fix it. It seems GTA V is having issues loading the model itself. I tried downscaling textures and replacing the Mogul with this but the game just kept crashing on loading. I determined that this mod is using a C47 model with a high poly count which is what's causing people's games to crash or not load. Gonna have to reduce the polycount or update this with a low poly count model.
@Jimmyr It worked. Thx for the update. You might want to check the setup2.xml file in the DLC. Its referencing your wing loong drone instead of the su39. Had to fix this file to get the dlc to load up.
Update: Using Add-On Vehicle Spawner by ikt, I toggled the option to spawn inside vehicle. Doing this I found out the issue with the SP version of this mod. On spawning the plane, I get flung a few meters away by trying to spawn inside the plane meaning this mod has an issue with its vehicle layout. Bottom line, the SP version is broken until you decide to update it. FiveM might work but I dont play FiveM to test that out.
SP version doesn't work. Game crashes when I try to get in it. Liveries also don't work yet are enabled. Setup2.xml also has typos in it. You need to update the SP version soon as it's broken.
@SkylineGTRFreak @njhon2000 I had the same issue with the F-CK-1 Ching-Kuo when I first downloaded it. Wouldn't show up in spawners at all. After putting it in another DLC file with other aircraft, I managed to get it to appear in-game and working but the weapons still don't work properly. After messing around with the files, I found the weapons were the issue. I currently have it running on just the MG and no matter what I do, I can't get it to fire missiles. No other aircraft I have installed have this issue. My best guess is the F-CK-1 has a weapons issue along with a secondary issue somewhere in the DLC file itself. As you said, renaming everything might help and I might just try that. I'll update you on that if it works or not. I hope this info helps.

2.1 is bugged. Main landing gear wheels are not present and there's things rotating with the engines. Engines move downward when braking or reversing. Flaps do not move correctly with a flap rotating when the plane moves. Screenshot included for reference. https://imgur.com/a/g3loRgh
Update: Addon version has an unusable vehicles.meta file. I used the vehicles.meta from the M113 i linked in my prior post and it worked. Also, if you download this mod, DELETE "<Item>VEHICLE_WEAPON_TURRET_INSURGENT</Item>" in the handling.meta file to use the ATGM launcher. Machine gun will be disabled but ATGM launcher will function correctly. This has been an issue since the Gunrunning update.
Addon version throws a corrupt game data error. Checked the complete dlc file for any error but all seems to lead to the model itself. No clue what the issue is but this needs more work. Also, this is not an M113. This is an M150 Armored ATGM Carrier. You should rename it to this as an M113 exists on the site and this conflicts with it.
