@Georgini I think a similar thing might be happening to me in the Vinewood or Downtown area. This mod has insane potential, i don't think it will ever reach it because the dev stopped updating it i think

Not too sure if this is a problem with the mod or something else but it doesnt appear to play sound when i spawn it in. However the model and concept is nice

I installed everything that was needed and the game still crashed. Looks really cool but i can't recommend

How about you add your Vapid Clique Deluxe and Brute Blacktop mods next? Also, excellent mod

Looks promising, however it's a pain in the ass to install, doesnt even load for me, and looks like even more of a pain in the ass to uninstall so now i just have this invisible city floating at the top right of my map now. Best i can give it is a 2 1/2

@ten1000nuke they spawn randomly in thunderstorms or you can spawn your own using f6
