This script disables the Legal and Splash screens on both Gta5 Legacy and Enhanced, as well as the Landing Page on Gta5 Enhanced, taking you directly to Story Mode.
Legal and Splash Screen patches were adapted from ChaosModV
Enhanced Landing Page patch is by Unknown Modder (alloc8or)
Its source code is hosted on GitHub (Changelog).
To install, simply drag StraightToStoryMode.asi into your game directory.

Wait is this what I think it is?
By doing what the mod description states, this would effectively prevent the game from needing to move from initial splash screen to screen, thereby hypothethically boosting game load times, is this it?
